There are seven departments in the School. The departments are:
- Science department – Basic Science, Biology, Chemistry, Physics.
- Foreign Language department – English Language, French.
- Humanities department – Social Studies, Geography, Economics, Business Studies, Financial Accounting, Commerce.
- Vocational department – Basic technology, Technical drawing, Agricultural Science, Home Economics, Food and Nutrition, Physical Education, Information Communication Technology (ICT)/Computer Studies.
- Arts department – Christian Religious Knowledge, Fine Art, Government, Music.
- Mathematics department – Mathematics
- Nigerian language department – Yoruba, Igbo
